This platform will help countless women to find their own career paths, achieve self-fulfilment and realise their dreams.
The App jointly launched this plan with partner companies and sponsors to provide users with suitable enterprise options. Especially for industries such as construction, engineering, and technology, where there are fewer women, or it is more difficult for women to join, this project will provide them with a good start and an available opportunity. After that, offline activities such as visiting the company environment, short-term internships in related companies, skills training, and interviews will be arranged.
Online communication and interaction, including office promotion (communication and discussion between employees in different regions of the country) and face-to-face communication with companies (online real-time chat dialogue with company HR and management to obtain interview opportunities). Completing the above steps will enable women who are about to enter the workplace in the future or who want to change jobs to gain certain benefits and help.

Work with universities and sponsors, project participants will receive badges issued by the app (with achievement levels and achievement badges obtained by participating in special events), bonuses and grants. Different badges represent different achievements. As long as the user registers for this app, they will be eligible to register. For students, this can be an additional option (start-up funds) in addition to scholarships. For those who have already joined the company/started their own business, it can be regarded as sponsorship funds.
