This project focuses on developing inclusive workplaces by addressing the urgent need for cultural respect and awareness during the onboarding phase of the employee lifecycle.

The main feature is the cultural learning section, which introduces East Asian culture through interactive workshops and language learning modules. This function is specially designed to help non-East Asian employees understand cultural traditions better and communicate with their East Asian employees.
This design effectively promotes cultural inclusion in the workplace by providing tools for cultural exchange, learning, and connection. In addition to supporting non-East Asian employees in better understanding and integrating into the workplace's cultural diversity, the objective is to promote an environment that is inclusive and respectful to East Asian employees.
