Arotahi, meaning "focus" in Māori, is an inclusive city exploration app designed to honour core Māori values while offering Gen Z women and other marginalized young people a fresh way to experience urban spaces. Arotahi is a one-stop platform, blending visual and auditory interactions where users can engage with AR maps, create or listen to city-focused podcasts, and participate in community-led events. Arotahi aims to enhance social resilience and create a more inclusive urban experience by fostering deeper connections between individuals, communities, and the city.
