"HMW create a platform that fosters safe and inclusive conversations about religious diversity in the workplace, allowing employees to share experiences and insights while building a supportive community?"
Faith Exchange is a service website that provides employees with resources to learn and communicate about religious diversity in their workplace.
An apparent need for open, comfortable spaces for religious groups to engage in meaningful conversations leads to misunderstandings and missed opportunities for connections. Faith Exchange addresses this gap by providing a platform where people can discuss religion without pressure or fear of judgment.
- Our 'Face to Faith' podcasts encourage creating a community where discussions around faith feel natural and inclusive.
- The 'Interfaith' open mic panel discussions offer the chance to hear from individuals who have experienced and overcome religious discrimination and religious experts such as religious leaders and scholars.
- The platform includes a blog and forum for anonymous sharing, enabling users to express their experiences, seek advice, and explore other faiths at their own pace.
- Faith Exchange will document past and future podcast episodes and panel sessions on a calendar displaying religious holidays and events in NZ. Additional information and resources regarding the religions, as well as national news, will also be available.
The aim is to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are respected, and insightful discussions can flourish.
