The Plan Bee project is all about creating a cutting-edge bee home that not only provides a safe and comfortable haven for solitary bees but also doubles as an aesthetic addition to urban spaces. The bee home is designed to bridge the gap between the urban environment and the natural habitat that solitary bees need to thrive.

Bees are essential for life on our planet. According to the data from Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, nearly 90% of all flowering plant species depend on animal pollinators - this includes roughly one-third of the world's food supply.
Pollinators enable a biodiverse ecosystem. Without the service that bees provide, our lives and our world would look very different.

Now, due to rapid urbanisation and commercial bee-keeping activity, bees are in danger of losing their habitats.

"How can we avoid the impact of rapid urbanisation on the survival of bees?”

To address their habitat loss, the Plan Bee project creates bee homes that offer shelter to these bees. It is made with several layers of pine wood connected together with small holes. The small holes are designed to mimic the real natural solitary bee nests and provide a safe place for them to live and store food. The vase on the top attracts bees, and you can put any plants that bees like.

The provided pillar allows you to put it anywhere: the backyard, the balcony, or wherever bees appear.

Plan Bee homes are innovative, bridging urban and natural environments while raising awareness about solitary bees and responsible urban bee-keeping.

Plan Bee isn't just a home; it's a statement about the importance of bees in our ecosystem.
