Korero speaker highlights the complex issue of economic constraints and a widening fiscal gap that has disrupted Te Whare Tapa Whā of the minority populations in the creative sectors of Tāmaki Makaurau.


This matter is approached by performative arts and merging traditional and modern practices in alignment with the kaupapa of Tangata Tiriti and Te Ao Māori by creating a talanoa and intervention between design and community. The project seeks to offer discussion and enable communities and individuals to voice the problem of creative budget cuts, focusing on supporting the well-being and artistic expression of marginalised communities in Auckland.
