Strength Connection supports young women at the gym by providing them with the tools and resources to holistically integrate mindfulness into their strength training, improving their overall mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
Mindfulness is one of the most effective yet overlooked methods for increasing results at the gym. Mind and body connection has the power to speed up your results alongside greater satisfaction.
A partially guided mindfulness journal, mindfulness cards, and an app have been designed with kindness, inspired by the natural environment and Te Whare Tapa Whā framework.
Strength Connection aims to create a community of strong, confident and empowered wahine across Aotearoa when at and out of the gym.
