How might we challenge the maternal stereotypes of women in the workplace?

MindUrBusiness is a campaign designed to advocate for women fighting maternal stereotypes in the workplace. This is a generational issue many have faced, and I find passion in shining light on this social/political issue. To be diverse, equitable and inclusive, there must be a systematic change in the workplace. Therefore, I have positioned my work in a way that provokes change and awareness through an animated market campaign.

The campaign MindUrBusiness is idealised to be advertised in public settings such as bus stops, workplace entryways, billboards and so on... It is proposed that this campaign is a promotion linked to The Auckland Women’s Centre, where workshops on teaching women how to fight the maternal wall would take place. Furthermore, an interrelationship between The Auckland Women’s Centre and Diversity Works NZ would prosper within the system I have designed.
