IMPA, short for impartial, is a web application designed with four key components in mind: 'Community', 'Jobs', 'Resources', and 'Mental Health'. These components combine together to try to offer a robust solution to marginalised users with a platform for mentorship from professionals, DEI job opportunities, anti-racism workshops, and encouragement of mental health service usage. IMPA aims to provide East Asians with a support network and utilises marketing campaigns to spread awareness of its value proposition.
